Puget Soundkeeper is going LIVE on Instagram to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day! Join our volunteer team, Kristin and Gillian, as they cleanup their neighborhoods and educate our followers on marine debris and ways you can get involved this Earth Day. Tune in on Instagram Wednesday, April 22nd at 10 am for this virtual cleanup! Can't make it? No worries! We will post our live stream right after on both Instagram and Facebook.

We had a great time in December at Cascadia Climate Action's Climate Science on Tap at Optimism Brewing Company — next week's will be held on Zoom, so BYOB! They'll be discussing ways to assess climate info and provide some tips for talking about it with others. See you there!

Join us for Seattle U's virtual Earth Day event: EARTH TALKS. Students, faculty, and community partners will present short 5-min talks about environmental justice and sustainability research, service and activism. The event will kick-off with a special interview with Denis Hayes who organized the first Earth Day in 1970.
