Northwest WA near Bellingham. We'll continue our lowland weekend work in the Bellingham area, working to improve several trails within Larrabee State Park. The work will focus on general maintenance, focusing on improving drainage in places where the tread is muddy, as well as possible trail realignment.

North Cascades, near Mount Baker. If you want spend a mid-week day working with stunning views of Mount Baker and Mount Shuksan, then this is a work party for you. Crew leader Arlen will determine which trail you'll focus on maintaining for the day.

Puget Sound Area off Hwy 2. The trail leads into the some very scenic meadows below Captain Point, travelling through some fine old-growth forest. Projects on this trail will include brushing, regrading and drainage work

North Cascades off Hwy 20. An accessible interpretive trail meanders for a mile from the campground and alongside the Creek. Wildlife, especially the ubiquitous Methow Valley deer, is often seen in the area. This is the first of five weekends that we'll have scheduled, dedicated to the construction and installation of a single stringer log bridge. On this work party we will prep for the project.
